How to Stay Cool During Summer

Excessive heat cannot be tolerated for a long time.There are few ways to keep your body cool and hydrated.
1.Go for light exercises such as walking.Do meditation and yoga.
If you must do heavy exercises then do it in a.c. or in early morning/evening.
2.Drink plenty of water or juices to stay hydrated throughout the day.
3.Eat lots of fruits available in summer such as watermelon,mango and cucumber.
4.Try to spend the hotest times of the day indoor.
5.Join swimming and enjoy it every evening.
6.Avoid hot foods and go for light easy to digest foods.
7.Wear cotton clothes.
8.Avoid caffeine and alcohol which results in dehydration.
9.Use scarf,umbrella and sunglass when going out during the day.
10.Apply mud masks on face and body about two times a day.
11.Enjoy bubble baths,long time baths.Bath about two/three times a day depending on your health.
12.Listen to calming music and light aromatic candles.
13.Open the windows and cover them with heavy and wet curtains.
14.Avoid stress and keep smiling.Watch comedy on t.v and avoid watching action shows to keep your mind and body calm.
15.Spray refrigerated rose  water on face and body when you can't tolerate heat.
