In blogger you can make make post
and pages also but if you want to
put your post in blogger page like
it appear beside home page ..
yes you can do that . first make a 
post for that.

now go to layout you can see fromleft side 

install page gadget if you had not.in layout you will see edit optionin page gadget click it

new pop up appear of page click add external pagewrite title of page and them paste the url of post you want to add in page in web address and save it
