I love how castles appeal to both boys and girls, with many of the latter getting into the fairy tale side of things. But no matter what, they are a great way to practice drawing straight, symmetrical lines.1. Follow the steps above to make a simple castle drawing.
2. Trace all the lines with a permanent black marker. Add crayon line details as shown.
3. Paint the castle with watercolor paint – I prefer the liquid type that make such bright colors.
