A new addition to android that came with the Jelly Bean update was the ability to add multiple accounts to your Nexus 7. This helps if there is more than one person using it. If your wife/husband/son/daughter etc all want to use it they all will have the nexus set up with their individual apps and information. All the accounts can have individual passwords to protect privacy.
There are only a few easy steps to get yourself set up.
- Press settings and go to Users, its under the heading devices.
- You then get the option to add the different users.
- Each can be labeled with the appropriate names.
- When you select a name after you created it, the tablet will take the new user through the setting up process to personalise the device for them.
