Adrenal Fatigue Cause Weight Gain

Adrenal fatigue can make any person feel not up to their best self, and this can cause them to slack on their fitness and nutrition routines in a way that can be even more damaging to their bodies, as this can aid greatly in the symptoms they experience.

Adrenal fatigue also affects the amount of fat-burning hormones, specifically adrenaline, that is needed to burn fat. Chronic stress can decrease the positive affects of this hormone greatly.

Overcoming adrenal fatigue is necessary if one wants to continue to work towards their best self, and doing this doesn’t necessarily need to be difficult. Although adrenal fatigue is unpleasant, it can be worked through and overcome like any problem faced by a strong person!

3 Ways to Overcome Adrenal Fatigue

1.  Nutrition is crucially important to overcoming adrenal fatigue, and the body will always react well to a well-balanced and nutritious diet filled with vitamin rich fruits and vegetables. The fiber and other nutrients in these foods sweeps excess sugar and estrogen from your bloodstream so that you can lose stubborn fat.  They also help your liver perform better at burning fat and detoxifying your body.

2.  Another important way to control adrenal fatigue is by making sure to take time out to relax. Stress can further aggravate adrenal fatigue, and keeping stress levels low is one of the best ways to combat the unpleasant symptoms that come along with the condition. Exercise is not only beneficial to your physical body, it is also well known to be a proven effective stress reliever, and one of the best stress relief methods available to any person. By mapping out a workout plan, a person can keep their stress down and overcome adrenal fatigue without even realizing it!

3.  A second way to get the rest and relaxation you need is by finding mornings you can sleep in later.  Research shows that you can get your best restorative sleep between 7-9 a.m (if you have adrenal fatigue).  Even if it’s only on a Saturday morning, find a way to get more rest into your day.  This way, your adrenals can recover, and thus can help in the fat-burning process!

Summary

Adrenal fatigue is a condition that does make things difficult when symptoms start to flare, but any person can show these symptoms exactly whose boss by implementing and sticking to a healthy diet and exercise routine!
