Created by Daniel Siering and Mario Shu in Potsdam, Germany, the hovering tree illusion is achieved by wrapping a tree in plastic sheeting and then copying the background landscape using pray paint strokes on the plastic sheeting. Illusions like this are great fun and I’d definitely like to see more.
