Crap. When it comes to my celebrity knowledge I pretty much suck. According to the celebrity quiz on the Hollywood Wax Museum website I’m a sleeper. I only got 30% of the questions correct! I guess it is a good thing that we will be spending some of our #Brandcation time at the Hollywood Wax Museum while in Pigeon Forge so I can bone up on my celebrity facts while getting my picture taken with some famous fake faux wax celebrities.
While I’m hanging out in Pigeon Forge I figure I might as well see the Pigeon Forge Mt. Rushmore – the Hollywood Wax Museum version – with the countenances of John Wayne, Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and the little tramp himself, Charlie Chaplin! I wonder if Elvis will be in the Jungle Room – ggrrr. I can rescue a planet on Star Trek with William Shatner or battle some 12 legged alien on Men in Black with Will Smith, or maybe play some Quidditch with Robert Pattinson (yes he was in Harry Potter before he became a sparkly vampire!)
I wonder which of my favorite actors will be portrayed in wax? Weird Al, John Candy, Jo Jo the magic monkey? Ok, I made the monkey up. But really I think this will be pretty neat. I’m excited to learn more about how they make the figures. The amount of talent that has to go into creating them is beyond me. So who do you want to meet?
