Henry's Majestic will pay tribute to the world's sexiest secret agent with a 4-course dinner on November 18, 2015 beginning at 7PM.Henry’s Majestic Chef, Roe DiLeo and Alex Fletcher, Beverage Director, have created a menu with cocktail pairings inspired by four classic 007 films that will take attendees on a journey of the mind and the palate.

Date stuffed squid with curry yogurt and micro salad. Paired with Sea Side Daiquiri, White and Dark Rum, Micros, citrus, sugar
3rd course inspired by Casino Royale: Heineken braised oxtail with manchego polenta and roasted figs. Paired with Vesper with Barrel aged vodka, gin, Heineken reduction, bitters
4th course inspired by Dr. No: Plantain Rum Cake with bruleed pineapple. Paired with brown butter plantain, infused rye, citrus oils and housemade coco bitters
