My meal plan was filled with cheap, healthy meals this week. It is the last week of the school term, and everybody is tired, so dinner has had to be simple. Easy pasta dishes, simple fish and vegetables, and an easy curry have filled out my menu.

A similar vibe is happening in our autumn menu plan this week too. Turkey burgers, a slow cooker chili and green chili enchiladas are all cheap healthy meals that the family will love. And finish off the meal with our delicious cheesecake bars. Enjoy!

Spring Meal Plan

Sunday: Blue Cheese & Walnut Pasta.

Monday: Pan-fried fish with rosemary anchovy butter, served boiled potatoes and oven roasted asparagus.

Tuesday: One-pot chicken, thyme & wild rice.

Wednesday: One-Pan Baked Tortellini.

Thursday: Malaysian Beef Curry, served with steamed jasmine rice.
