Whip up a week of quick family meals with our simple chicken burrito bowl, an easy cherry tomato pasta and some delicious pesto zucchini noodles. The school holidays are coming to an end, so I am enjoying the last few lazy days and sleep ins before the madness begins again. This week has been all about quick family meals that don't require a lot of preparation, and I have been leaning heavily on the oven to do all the hard work. Toss in The Princess's favourite Lemon Tuna Pasta, together with a few simple soups, and dinner prep has been relatively easy. Now if only I could get on top of the back-to-school baking.

Our summer menu makes good use of the slow cooker, with a delicious pineapple peanut chicken and simple chicken burrito bowls. We also have an easy cherry tomato pasta to use up your garden surplus, a smoked salmon salad for a quick lunch and delicious Paradise cookies for a little sweet treat. Enjoy!
