I have a very bad habit of buying store-cupboard ingredients and then stockpiling them "just in case". This has resulted in a very full cupboard - so full I'm none too sure of everything that I have. So I am on a mission to try and reduce my stockpile to only those ingredients I use all the time, and hopefully free up some space in the cupboard. I made paella this week from the almost full packet of rice I discovered in a storage container, and it was so delicious I am going to need to buy more rice to make it again. The plan to reduce the store-cupboard is not going well. Sigh!
