The thing I love most about moving into the new season is that I can cook old favourites for dinner yet they feel like all new recipes. We are slowly settling back into the school routine, and my autumn meal plan is full of easy meal ideas that are ideal for The Princess's busy schedule.

Autumn Meal Plan

Sunday: Sweet Potato & Roasted Broccoli Tart (I'm still developing this one)

Monday: Chorizo & Spinach Gnocchi (I promise to blog this one soon)

Easy Weeknight Roast Chicken, with Mini Rosemary Roasted Potatoes & Sweet Corn with Maple-Bourbon Brown Butter

Lasagna served with green salad. I assembled the lasagna using layers of pasta, and my Bechamel Sauce and Simple Bolognaise Sauce.
