Healthy Blueberry-Banana- Coconut Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries or your favorite berry
  • 3 Chopped organic raw almonds
  • 3 Chopped organic raw Walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Cream

Instructions

  1. Peel, cut bananas into chunks then freeze them prior to making this Sorbet.
  2. Place banana in food processor and blend for a few minutes until it has the consistency of sorbet.
  3. Add the rest of ingredients and voila!
  4. You've got yourself an amazingly easy to make desert, not to mention the health benefits.
