Haribo JELLICONS Review
I love Haribo, barely a week goes by without a new type coming out. I swear I could have a blog dedicated to Haribo alone and still post every other day. As it's coming up to Valentine's Day the shops are full of the usual heart shaped Haribo called Heartthrobs but I couldn't resist these new Haribo Jellicons. Sweets based on texting and social networking!

There is a huge range of shapes in the bag, from emoticons (smiley faces), facebook inspired sweets (thumbs up etc.), symbols (@ and #) and lots of text speak words (such as BRB, ROFL, OMG). It's the teenager of the sweets world.
Haribo JELLICONS Review

This is just a very small selection, almost every sweet in the bag seemed to be different, which is fantastic. I suspect I may be too old to fully appreciate these sweets. Case in point - if you look at the photo above, the middle sweet which I thought was supposed to be a Pac-Man is in fact back to front and on it's side. If I'd displayed it correctly it would have been a capital U (there are other letters in the pack for text speak purposes). I was none the wiser until my son pointed it out straight away (with a sigh at how out of touch his Mum is), he officially knows more than me, and he doesn't even own a phone!

The flavours in this pack are typical of Haribo, nicely fruity and very sweet. There are strawberry, orange, lemon, blackcurrant and apple flavours. Some have a white marshmallow type backing on them, these are my favourites, and others are pure jelly sweet.
Haribo Jellicons I think U R GR8! (and I would have been able to spell that out in sweets if we hadn't eaten most of them already!).
