This autumn The Milestone Hotel in London celebrates the season with festive Halloween treats. Offering the ultimate indulgences for the season in a fittingly British way, including a decadent chocolate-themed afternoon tea, a haunted Halloween dinner and a British-inspired Thanksgiving feast.
Guests who prefer to trade candy for chocolate will enjoy The Milestone's chocolate-filled afternoon tea in mid October. In celebration of the trick-or-treating season and National Chocolate Week, this indulgent tea will include chocolate éclairs, decadent chocolate brownies, chocolate-covered marshmallows and a shot of white and dark chocolate mousse. For beer lovers, the hotel is also serving a Chocolate Porter from London-based Meantime Brewing Company as their "Beer of the Month" for the entire month of October.
The Milestone will also offer a treats for the taste buds at their All Hallo's Eve Feast. This special dinner will be served on Halloween night at the hotel's five-star restaurant Cheneston's. On the menu will be "Feast for the Beastly" Braised Belly of Pork, "Brutally Bloodied" Chestnut Velouté, "Headless" Roasted Guinea Fowl and "Beware of the Dark" Roasted Pumpkin Tart. For dessert, a "Sorcerer's Secret" Braeburn Apple Tart and "Trick or Treat" Blueberry Brulée are on the menu.
