For best results of the Nu-Derm System it has been designed to be split into a morning routine and an evening routine. In the morning, the first step is to massage a small amount of either Foaming Gel or Gentle Cleanser (depending on your skin type) onto your face, then rinse with lukewarm water, and gently pat dry. Follow that with the Nu-Derm Toner. Saturate a cotton pad with Toner and gently wipe over the face and neck. Do not rinse the Toner off. Next step, squeeze a small amount of Clear (about 1-2 pea size drops) onto your hands. Apply evenly to the entire face, extending to the hairline. Follow that with either the Exfoderm Forte or Exfoderm and massage a small amount (1-2 pea size drops) onto the face until completely absorbed, careful to avoid the eye area.
