Grammar Friday

By Pjfaur @peterfaur

Grammar FridayToday’s two grammar tips:

  • Capitalize days of the week, months and holidays, but not seasons. So, use capitals for Monday, December, Passover, Easter and Independence Day, but not for fall, autumn, winter, spring and summer.
  • Capitalize regions of the United States, but not simple directions. So, I grew up in the Midwest, and I live in the Southwest now. Flagstaff is about two hours north of Phoenix.
