Westboro Baptist members, who hide behind the guise of a so-called church and protest the funerals of military men and women, as well as children, holding signs saying "God Hates Fags" as well as making that their website's URL, has announced they would be protesting the funeral of Sgt. Stefan Smith, a 2008 LaGrange High School graduate who was killed by a suicide bomber in Afghanistan on July 23.

According to reports, a group of  about 7,000 bikers were planning to attend and provide a buffer from the protesters and a Facebook group has asked for people to volunteer "to create a human barrier/shield to protect the family of Sgt. Stefan Smith from seeing the WBC and their stupidity."
Another response comes in the form of a video from the hacker group Anonymous, titled "A Message For Westboro Baptist Church Concerning The Protests Of Fallen Soldiers," telling Westboro members they obviously have not learned their lesson.
Back in December 2012, Anonymous hacked into Westboro after the announcement they were planning to protest the funerals of twenty children killed in the shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School, and Anonymous posted all of Westboro members personal information online.
