Hello First Weekend of Summer Vacation. We finally made it. This weekend’s weather was gorgeous. I enjoyed the perfect trifecta of rest, work, and recreation. This week’s menu plan includes a variety of simple salads and grill ready meals. Hopefully you get out and enjoy all that summer has to offer. Have an awesome week :)
