Gluten Free Menu Plan: April 13-19, 2014

Yup! This is our last week as as free agents. Years of dreaming, planning, laughing, crying, pushing, pulling, moving and blogging have brought me to this point. In five days I’ll be opening the doors of my first shop to the buying public.  I’ve pinched myself several times to make sure it is real (it is) and  yet it still feels surreal. My amazing family and awesome business partner (Blossom) have come together in a remarkable way to bring all of this together and I couldn’t be happier.  There’s still a ton of work to be done so no menu plan this week. Thank you awesome reader for your support and stay tuned as our journey is just beginning.
