I take it all back and apologize to bloody-bloody TypePad because it was actually bloody-bloody John Lewis whose credit card I use for everything on account of them sending me nice discount vouchers which make it - just - possible to shop in Waitrose occasionally but whose security is so sensitive that if anything comes through which looks strange they refuse it.
