Gerard Cosmetics Lipstick Swatches - Haul
I do not want to say that I was the only one who was interested in trying these but how many of you were obsessed with the Gerard cosmetics lipsticks?
I was just so in love with their packaging that I really wanted to try these since the moment I got to know about them. The only word I could use to describe was "obsession". Look at the beauties! They look so classy and chic in the Gold Bullets.
I bought them a while back but I was either too occupied to post the haul or my routine hasn't been same. So I bought 7 shades of the Gerard cosmetics Lipsticks. Two of them are same - 1995 as my friend too wanted to have that particular shade.

My take on Gerard Cosmetics Lipsticks:
The moment I got the lipsticks, I could notice that the packaging is quite delicate. In other words, the bullets are made of plastic and after some days, the gold coat turns a bit dull and is prone to scratches if not handled correctly. The quality of the lipsticks is just above average. These aren't really dry/powdery matte so the staying power is around 2-3hours if you don't eat anything heavy. If you end up having a burger with this lipstick on, you are bound to reapply. But I must say the pigmentation of these lipsticks just the best. All the swatches above are of just single swipes.
I have bought them as a set of 5 ($40) and 3($20) so they turned out to be a lot cheaper than their original price of $19. If the math to be done, these came out to be the price of the drugstore lipsticks. I am not denying that these are totally worth that money.
In my first order of 3, I have ordered sangria - which came broken from the bullet. I have contacted them over email and in no time, they sent me a replacement. I totally appreciate their attentiveness to the customer emails.
Overall, it was a nice experience with the brand. I am sure I will not buy any more lipsticks from Gerard Cosmetics, but I am itched to try their liquid lipsticks.
