Garnier Ultra-Lift Transformer

Garnier Ultra-Lift Transformer Guys run (don't walk, run) to your local CVS, Walgreens, Duane Reed, whatever and grab a bottle of this. Seriously. A skin perfecter/moisturizer/sort of BB-cream what have you, it's one of the better drugstore products I've tried in recent years. White in the tube, it's one of those self-adjusting thingies and changes when you apply it to match your skin tone (it oxidizes a bit orange on me, but nothing a little primer can't handle). I think it's actually supposed to be worn under makeup, but I've been using it as my only face base for most of the summer and it's been perfect. Just a hint of brightening color, it provides me with an extra dose of moisture and a lovely, dewy finish. On warmer days, I pop a bit of loose powder over top, but usually just leave it alone. It's great. I think it will be too dark for me come the dead of winter, when all my Italian-ness disappears and I am left ghostly and pale, but it will definitely go back into rotation next spring!  Garnier Ultra-Lift Transformer Before: You can see a little unevenness in my skin tone and the habitual dark circles. Time for a little wake me up! Garnier Ultra-Lift Transformer After: As you can see, it's barely there coverage. Just enough to even out skin tone, provide a smooth base for the rest of whatever I'm putting on my face that day. And a lovely, dewy finish that isn't too shiny. Perfect!
