Garlic Capsicum Rice

The variety rice is a comfort packed food for lunch. The more time the rice is left with masala the tastier it is. I have a huge collection of variety rice and I keep trying new ones. This is a yummy combo of roasted capsicum and garlic.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 no green capsicum | Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon spicy garlic dip
  • as per taste salt
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice extract
Cooking Directions
Garlic Capsicum Rice
Heat oil in a wok and add cumin and turmeric.
Add spicy garlic dip and fry for a minute.
Garlic Capsicum Rice

Add chopped capsicum and salt and saute till capsicum turns crisp.
Add cooked rice and toss well.
Add lemon juice and put off the flame.
Serve hot with raita.
