It’s Fit & Fashionable FRIDAY!!! Party time!! Ok… ALMOST party time. Gotta make it through a 7-mile tempo run (can’t rest too much with another half marathon on the horizon – did I mention I’m doing another half marathon – oh… well… I’m doing another half marathon – this one to be exact – but more on that later…) and work. And then… PARTY TIME!!
I’ve bringing the party to the gym lately. Dancing on treadmills and jamming whilst kettle bell swinging. Just kidding. What am I saying? I digress…
What I mean is that I’ve been bringing some fun to the gym by way of fun fitness tanks.
In case you can’t read them, allow me:
Top left: “I thought they said slurpees not burpees.” – my new fave shirt to wear to CrossFit (I had to do 60 burpees in one workout this week – bah).
Top right: “Hakuna Masquata – it means, nice booty.” - Cause we all know fitness and Disney go hand-in-in hand.
Bottom left: “Fitness? More like fitness whole pizza in my mouth.” - YASS!
Bottom right: “This is why I squat.” - truth
Will got me all these for my bday. He knows me so well. He didn’t tell me where he got them, but I did a little Google sleuthing to figure it out and share with you all. Burpees, Hakuna, and Squat can be found here. Pizza is here. Now you can be the life of the party at your gym. You’re welcome.
