Dear Joe
As this post is going live, I am dragging you out of bed (much to your disapproval of the 9am start) packing the car and going on our first roadtrip together. Three hours locked in the car, taking turns at driving, singing badly to tunes you probably don’t like and eating junk food along the way. I can’t wait to spend the long weekend with you and meeting the rest of your gorgeous family. Hopefully we’ll have time to visit the National Gallery while we’re there, too.

Monday, you jumped on my throat to wake me up. Tuesday, you had your bottom in my face. Wednesday, you found it absolutely necessary to gallop around the house at 6am like a cat-sized horse as loud of possible and on Thursday, you just HAD to open the blinds to stare out at the dismal weather. So… it’s easy to say, you’ve been a pain in the BRAT this week. Aaaand to make things worse, you are currently asleep on a clean pile of washing because they’re straight from the dryer.
