There’s no denying that MiniMaxX has the talent that can make anyone move. This NY producer and Rot10 artist holds one of the keys that unlocks my moombahton heart. He’s been into the scratching game since a very young age, and his rawness translates perfectly with the hard hitting bass that I know him for. Whenever I’m in the mood for something that brings a smile to my face, which in my personal case is usually cumbia, moombahton, bachata, etc., MiniMaxX never disappoints. Check out his fresh take on moombahton and enjoy the preview of his work slated to be out on September 10th, which we’ll be bringing to you in its entirety!

I was completely thrown off balance when I heard “Grim Reaper” for the first time on Wednesday, and wondering where this guy has been all my life. He’s an up-and-comer hailing from the UK who has a pretty wide base of sounds not limited by one genre’s boundaries. Although he is a self-proclaimed, “grime producer”, he always has tracks that are electro bangers and others that are down-tempo, thought provokers. What I like best about Rocket Pimp is that he has the ability to do what very few can in my life, complete distraction. When his tracks are on, no phone call, no e-mail nor fleeting thought in my mind could distract from the pure consumption that comes over me. Sure to be making huge waves in the future, don’t say I didn’t warn you about this diamond in the rough.

Seventeen year old Arthur Brownz out of Belgium is my newest guilty pleasure. His tracks take me back to my days in Europe, but almost in a fast forward motion, with added bass. As we’ve put his tracks in our “Twerkin Trap Tuesdays”, I thought I’d be perfect to introduce you guys to this producer’s work, as he is being swept up by the trap storm faster than that flying cow in “Twister”. Brownz has the dark touch that drags me in to the rabbit hole and keeps me under without a fight. Don’t be afraid to go on a little Alice in Wonderland-esque trip, you’ll be glad you did.
