Artist Robb Godshaw has designed this huge Hamster Wheel Standing Desk using a giant 80-inch diameter wheel with a 24-inch-wide base. It uses four skateboard wheels to smoothly roll the giant wheel while the human hamster exercise during his work. The best thing about this desk is that it doesn’t require electricity like the treadmill desk does. Although, it does seem to take a lot of space.

Godshaw has shared instructions on how to build this Hamster Wheel Standing Desk on Instructables. It took him four sheets of three-quarter inch plywood, four skateboard wheels, two pipes, 240 wood screws and a pint of glue to build this thing. If you can find those things, you could maybe build a desk like this for yourself at home.
