Last year I don’t think I bought any Easter eggs. How bad is that?! Hot Cross Buns. Now that’s a different story. Hot Cross Buns are an absolute fave of mine. An Easter treat enjoyed as early as possible, right up until and after Easter. They make a delicious breakfast, served simply with butter, or with peanut butter and banana, or even with jam and strawberries! I actually love them so much that at my old job, instead of a birthday cake like everyone else, we’d have hot cross buns for mine – I’m so lucky that my birthday is close to Easter!
