If you love trying new flavors, I'm 100% sure you know that there is a website that shares a list of cool places in the Metro. And if you are a super foodie like I am, again I am 100% sure you have more than one mobile app for foodies installed on your smartphone.
In fact, I have one that gives out the restaurant's details including the menu and another that shares reviews. These apps are indeed helpful. But did you know that there is a new one in town?
Meet Foodeal - your new restaurant deals finder perfect this festive season!Yes, you read that right. This mobile application is developed by KLab Cyscorpions Inc. It is designed to help not only foodies but anyone who wants to dine out to discover discounts; not to mention, promos from restaurants near them. All the user needs to do is download the app from the Apple App Store or Android Google Play and enter the city they are in during set up.
Viola! Deals everywhere.
I installed Foodeal on my LG G4 early this month. Upon using it, I found out how easy it is to navigate.
Upon enabling my location, it showed me the list of restaurants nearby as well as the deals. If I want to widen the reach or explore more areas, all I need to do is tap on any city and have the information on the palm of my hand.
Moreover, saving a promo is so easy. You just "LIKE" it and even "Favorite" the restaurant to get notifications on new promos. And when it comes to promos or discounts, the app gives you full details. All the information are there including validity and of course, the restaurant's address and contact numbers. They even have a reminder that a deal will soon expire. (How neat!)
With Foodeal, restaurant promos and discounts are just a tap away making research easier for foodies and people dining out. The only thing I want to improve is the visuals. There is a saying wherein everyone is familiar with, "a picture is worth a thousand words."
When you open the app, you see a series of enticing food images making the app look classy. But once you're in the app homepage and you start to explore, there are only a few food images and mostly are logos and posters. Don't get me wrong. These are essential too; however, visual appeal is also important. I just want to see more fantastic food images. 😉
