Despite being away only for a few days, my days spent in Dallas ending up feeling like a week, which I'd say is a successful vacay. From indulging in southern delights to conquering the residential shopping grounds, we were always on the move. With so much to do, feeling under the weather was not something I needed, but it was bound to happen (Isabelle problems). On a less horrible-feeling evening, shooting this bold snakeskin print + leather mini number helped cheer me up, as blogging does. At least until the insane heat got to me. When riding in my sister's car earlier today, I was thinking about how in my last Dallas post I said how it was so unexpectedly cold. Yeah, August in Texas proved to be verryy different than February in Texas. Anyway, this faux leather clutch I recently received from a friend is the perfect size for just about any occasion and I am so excited to use it in France! It went perfectly with my printed tee + [chipped] purple nails; it was the outfit that was meant to happen. Now that I'm home, I'm planning on making the most of every day I have until I head off to France!
