Fitness Friday: Week 10

Hello Friday. Time to check in with how you’re doing with your new getting fit lifestyle. Can you believe we’re already 10 weeks into the new year? I sure can’t.

I’m kind of feeling in a rut. For the most part I feel like I’m eating healthier and it’s not that I don’t see a change in my appearance. I was quite pleased with the picture my daughter took of me and my husband on our anniversary this week. So I know what I’m doing is working, but I feel like I’m not fully committed and working as hard as I could be. So I really need to reevaluate and make more of an effort I think.
