Fitness Friday: Hiking, Cize and Workout ADD

By Fitnspicy @fitnspicy

Even though it was a short week it felt long! Between vacation and catching up at work I packed a lot into just a few days. Typical for me. But it was a huge priority for me to keep fitness in check this week. And I feel like I did a pretty good job.

Sunday: We were in Ashland, Oregon and headed about 20 miles to hike Lower Table Rock. It has elevation of a few thousand feet and I could really feel it on our hike. It also felt like it was straight uphill for most of the hike. It ended up being about 5 miles and the reward was stopping at a few wineries on the way back to Ashland. Pretty fun day! And the views were seriously amazing.

Monday: Off. Travel Day. It felt rather planes, trains and automobiles.

Tuesday: Cardio and Weights. 40 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of weights. It felt so good to be back to my normal routine.

Wednesday: Cize. I’ve mentioned Cize a few times but it is such a blast and really doesn’t even feel like you are working out. 45 minutes, you are moving the entire time and Shaun teaches you each move and builds upon it. So much fun! I may look hilarious (the dogs really thought so) but burning 300+ calories in that time is a great way to workout. (I received a bonus press sample of this and am going to a buy a few of the add on workouts)

Thursday: Yoga Sculpt. It had been more than a week and I noticed that. Hello heat and extra sweaty workout. It was a lot of legs, squats, squats and more squats.

Friday: Off

Saturday: Planning on Cize and Body Beast
