In this day and age, even if you do not do Yoga, I am inclined to believe you are well aware of the many benefits of yoga. I started doing yoga sometime in my early twenties. It was not easy or something that took to, naturally but over time I started to appreciate it's many benefits. It is like a gift that keeps on giving. Some of the changes that I noticed were:

However, with constant travel and busy lifestyle, it has become harder to make it to the classes as regularly as I would like to.
