In my ‘Teacher Claire’ post, I spoke about my trip to Northern Thailand to volunteer teaching in the beginning of 2015. I loved it so much that I wanted to do it again! Although I loved Chiang Mai and all it had to offer, I felt a new destination was on the cards. Given my new found love for South East Asia, I choose Cambodia.

And Cambodia it was.

After leading the team in Thailand, I felt led to lead another group into Cambodia to a town called Battambang- a 3 or 4 hour drive from Siem Reap. So after recruiting, preparing and flying over there, we were ready for another adventure.

16 volunteers landed in January of 2016, taught for 3 weeks and went on a travel week to experience the Cambodian country side.
