Incidents of firing have been reported in several areas of the Karachi on Wednesday evening and businesses have been shut down.
According to sources the firing incidents are occurred in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Airlines, Abu Al Hasan Asfahani Road, Gulzar Hijiri, Malir, Landhi, Razwia and other areas of metropolis.
Following the apprehensive law and order situation of the city, the Private Schools Association has announced that schools in metropolis will be closed for an indefinite period.
On the other hand, after the conclusion of the deadline for arresting the perpetrators of the Abbas Town blast, MQM has announced to start of its peaceful protest movement against terrorism and has appealed to businessmen to close their businesses until the masterminds of the atrocious incident are not brought into the dock.
