Finishing September

Welcome to Readers' Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

My goal for September was 1100 minutes of exercise. As of yesterday, I'm at 925. That means I need to average about 45 minutes a day for the rest of the month to meet my goal. I can do that!
