Festival Skirt Set

I'll admit: I don't plan on attending any music festivals this year. Actually, a couple of years ago I attended the Treasure Island Music Festival, and that was my very first one. I guess I'm not that much of a festival-er (new word). But the memory of the festival will be one that I will always remember - the hula-hooping, bracelet making, giant bubble blowing, and awesome lineups was a great experience. 
I thought that this Tobi skirt set would be perfect for an outdoor concert; or in my case, a warm spring day. I love the little detail of the tiny pom-poms on the trim. What I like about this outfit is that it feels perfect for summer/spring, even with me in head to toe black!
