Feeling Giddy in Gilda OOTD

By Nikki Sumner @gamergirl0621
I am a very bad blogger as I have several outfits that I bought some time ago but never got round to sharing!
The dress in question today I actually bought from Lindy Bop earlier in the year when they had one of their flash sales on. It was a dress I had wanted for ages but I kept hanging on until it was reduced to a price I was willing to pay!

Although this dress has an alpine print which many may associate more with winter but as this dress is paler colours I prefer to wear it as a summer dress. Unlike some of my other Lindy Bop Dresses this one is not only lined on the bodice but also inside the skirt meaning it doesn't go see through in the sun!
I love the box pleats which give the skirt real fullness without a petticoat and of course it has pockets! There is no stretch in this dress so if like me you are well blessed in the boob department do think about sizing up to stop the buttons gaping. The armholes are well cut without being too big and showing half my bra which is a recurring issue with a lot of dresses I own.
Overall I am so pleased I managed to finally get my hands on this dress and it was well worth the wait! It is lovely to wear as it swishes around when you walk and for me at 5' 4" the length is perfect.
These photos were taken after a day of wearing this dress at work and it holds up well to sitting down and not creasing too much.
