Feature Friday: Stranger
Stranger is yet another band on the rise from Down Under. With an alternative rock sound the likes of Taking Back Sunday and Citizen, the four-piece band is sure to catch your ear. They formed with the vision from frontman Tom Morgan, and quickly came together with Tom’s brother John, and friends Josh Willmott and Laine Delahunty.

Stranger recently released their EP Bones and Ghosts, with signature track “Easy Visionary.” The song is ripe with its catchy melody, a hook that will only bring you further into the throws of the EP. Stranger spent the better part of a year working on these tracks, writing, recording, and mixing to find their perfect sound. Tom describes it as a return to “heavier bands,” with a focus on connecting emotions with guitar, rather than relying on synth. The result is a set well worth listening to. You can check out Stranger and their Bones and Ghosts EP on SoundCloud now.
