Exaro - at No Point Do They Mention Ben Fellows - So It Might Not Be About 'his' Arrest for False Accusation of Indecent Assault

Investigation website Exaro is (as they put it) holding power to account. Good for them. So, they have witnesses/testimony that Ken Clarke wasn't on a sting operation for the  on the night he was indecently assaulted, as a boy. Okay, let's add this to my coverage of BEN FELLOWS, even though it might not be about said corporate-named Person
One rarely comes across any website that disables one's ability to QuoteCopy a section of text from their article to be able to QuotePaste it into a report about the article. Exaro even disables right-click View Source so you can get at the text without laboriously going through a re-typing it word for word. This is not common practice. Hence this:

Exaro - at no point do they mention Ben Fellows - so it might not be about 'his' arrest for false accusation of indecent assault

Though you CAN TextCopy from their AboutPage:

“Exaro” is a Latin word; it is the first-person singular of the verb, “exarare”, which means to plough, to dig up, or to inscribe on a wax tablet. “Exaro” is pronounced with the emphasis on the first syllable, just like “excavate”.

But THE LEGAL SYSTEM is fundamentally flawed in this respect - most child abuse happens against AN INDIVIDUAL and that INDIVIDUAL is not permitted BY LAW to state his case as HAVING HAPPENED. In fact, there's really NO POINT in anyone coming forward to report ANY CRIME, as it's the WEIGHT OF EVIDENCE that'll get a conviction in a court of law. Weight of evidence in the case of CHILD ABUSE, CHILD SEX RINGS or plain old INDECENT ASSAULT, as women and children know all too well, is HEARSAY.
In fact, though The Legal System will not address this (because of the Legal Pilate-ism of 'swearing on the God Book' i.e. supposed Oath of Truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth) if they did ALL EVIDENCE would have to be submitted as hearsay. Even with documentation, receipts and corroborative evidence. Why? Well, you need only look up one word CONSPIRACY to realize how thousands of people can be gerrymandered, coaxed or non-disclosure-agreemented into backing up any downright insane 'truth'. One need only look at the use of the God Book (which still hasn't been proved not to be a WORK OF FICTION) to see the gaping holes in the legal system of this land.
You can't accuse ANYONE of historical sexual abuse, the court won't allow any such charge to stick.
So, Ben Fellows (if that's who Exaro are not-outing about) is due back in court in November for FALSE ALLEGATIONS of indecent assault against a named politician?  But this 'false allegation' arrest/pre-trial appearance happened in August, so why are Exaro bringing it back into the light TWO MONTHS LATER? What would be the editorial reasoning behind REGURGITATING OLD NEWS such as this. "Discovery" (that's a legal term) might be well employed by the lawyers on the accused's side, might one suggest - let's see if such 'discovery' becomes a National Security issue.
