A great local bookstore in our area is Changing Hands. Since we like them so much, we follow them on facebook and happened to see Lisa McMann was going to be there last night to do a book signing of her new book, Crash. I loved her Wake series and was really excited to meet her and check out her new book. She read a few excerpts from Crash and also did a Q & A. A lot of questions were from aspiring authors and she a wealth of good information to share. Changing Hands is doing a Young Adult Writing Conference event that she will be featured at as well. If you are local to Az, and interested in being a YA author, you should go!  I’m really proud of myself for listening to her and not starting on Crash, it just sound SO GOOD.I can’t wait to get started on Crash, just look at the cover!
