The infographic details the amount of natural resources used and the carbon footprint left behind as a result of console-driven gaming. Some of the more interesting facts include:

  • If all Nintendo games and consoles end up in a landfill, the weight would equal 5,555 Statues of Liberty
  • It would take Nintendo 1.453 years to recycle all games and consoles sold
  • If all games were downloaded instead of manufactured, that would save 2.4 billion gallons of crude oil
