Today I have a simple and easy to bake muffin recipe for you all.It is one of those simple bakes where in you can prepare the batter in just 3 steps and you are awarded with a really awesome food on hand. These muffins are butterless too,oil in these muffins turn makes them super moist and it was almost like tasted like chiffon cake.Try these easy to bake muffins for kids during their holidays and surprise them :)

Star ingredients:Any kind of jam/preserve
Time:20 minutes
Yield:9 normal size muffins

Eggless jam swirled muffin recipe
Ingredients: 
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
4 tablespoons jam/preserve(I used raspberry preserve)
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup curd
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Method:
1.Preheat oven to 170C and prepare a muffin tin.Combine sugar and oil in a mixing bowl.Whisk in one direction till the sugar is dissolved
2.Add curd and mix well.
3.Sift all the dry ingredients and add to the wet mixture along with milk.Mix well,do not over beat.
4.Fold in the jam and mix gently

5.Scoop the batter in the muffin tin and bake for 18-20 minutes

6.Serve warm

Notes:
1.Here I have used raspberry preserve you can use any jam you wish, even rose essence will be great.
2.Every oven is different and I guess I need to check my oven,first bake for 15 minutes and check the muffins,bake for 3-5 minutes only if needed.
