On Saturday evening, Lucy and I broke our supperclub virginity and attended the 8 plates popup event – an ode to the Mango. The 8 plates vegetarian popup was founded by Roshni, who wanted to put her love for food (inspired by her mum) and creativity with new dishes, along with a passion for hosting to good use.
