Easy Lunch Idea: Egg Salad Wraps (gluten-free)

Ingredients: (will make 8 lettuce wraps)8 eggsRomaine Lettuce3 heaping teaspoons Mayo1 1/2 teaspoon mustardsea salt and black pepper to tasteOptional toppingspepperstomatoceleryavocado cucumberonionDirections:Hard boil eggs, let cool. Remove shell and slice eggs up. Add mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Place egg salad in lettuce leafs. Add additional toppings of choice.I used green peppers and avocado because that is what I had in my fridge! ;) Super easy and super de-lish! enjoy!
