I tend to prefer the morning time, being a breakfast person aficionado, which it makes it a perfect way to spend an Easter Sunday morning. I find it as a time of day where we don’t commonly get together with family and friends, since we’re usually busy rushing out the door. Inspiration from bright and playful decor to refreshing dishes with the season’s best produce, that bring out the freshness of the new season upon us. Setup a colorful garden inspired tablescape with beautiful blooms and pastel eggs, that is sure to brighten everyone’s morning. Welcome guests with lovely Rosewater cocktails in eggshells, or my favorite Bloody Mary. Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Egg crostini are the perfect appetizer for brunch, and pairs well with these Spelt Waffles. For a healthier and fluffier alternative, replace the butter with an equal amount of mashed banana.
