DVD Workouts #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers' Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I have a fairly sizable collection of exercise videos - more than 20. I haven't used a single one in over three years because the laptop I was using didn't have a DVD player and the place where we do have a DVD player isn't one where I was comfortable exercising. But, I have a new computer (a desktop for a change) and it has a DVD player! I set a goal at some point last week to do 4 DVD workouts in October, but so far, I've done 0. I'm hoping that if I state the goal here, I'll get it done!

Otherwise, my exercise is going well - I've exercised 440 minutes in October, well on my way to my goal of 1300 minutes.
