Dupont Avec Les Bons Voeux

US Label

Many people’s favorite holiday release is Brasserie Dupont‘s Avec Les Bons Voeux (“With Good Wishes”). First brewed in 1970, it has since become a staple of the holiday season. Avec Les Bons Voeux is a bigger and bolder version of Dupont’s classic Saison and a must try if you’re a fan of the style. In its own right, it’s become as iconic as Saison Dupont.

Appearance:Gold/orange with a light haze, off white head, great retention.

Aroma: Spicy, light banana, white pepper, clove, lemon meringue

Taste: Fruity, grapes, ripe apples, meringue, peppery finish.

Overall Impression: With a big, creamy texture; Avec Les Bons Voeux is loaded with big esters and phenols creating a beer loaded with yeast and fermentation flavors. The earthy hops and the dry fermentation create a big but balanced beer. It’s an exceptional beer and one that would be at home in any holiday situation, including at the dinner table where it’ll match up well with most holiday foods.

Availability: Seasonally during the winter months, where Saison Dupont and other Total Beverage Solutions beers are sold.

9.5% ABV
