Dump Cake – Kellis Kitchen

Last night we ate and then we wanted something quick and sweet to eat so I went to the pantry to see what we had and we had just the perfect dish in an hour:  Dump Cake!  Have you ever had any or made it?  YUM!!  I’m going to show you how to make here in a just a minute but first do you remember when I participated in the Thrift Challenge from Something To Be Found?  I know many of you were kind enough to go vote for me.  Well, my prizes arrived today!  Look that the beautiful sign she made out of a cabinet door and the Pom Garland in University of Kansas colors – I just love that.  I must find the perfect place on my alma mater shelf to display that one.  You will be seeing that sign in many of my upcoming recipe photographs, that’s for sure!  What do you think?  Isn’t Kate talented?

DUMP (heh, heh) the can of pineapple and the cans of cherry pie filling into the bottom of the dish.

Mix it around just a little.

Dump the cake mix (dry) on top of that – make sure it covers the entire dish.
